Mizuguchi: "No Comment" on Move, 3D Support for Child of Eden Playstation 3 - Tuesday 27th July 2010
Though the developers at Q Entertainment have only demonstrated the game on Kinect-equipped Xbox 360s, Child of Eden is confirmed for a PlayStation 3 release as well. What we don't know, however, is whether or not the rhythmic shooter will also incorporate motion controls on Sony's platform.
Speaking with CVG, Q Entertainment founder Tetsuya Mizuguchi remained non-committal on the possibility of PlayStation Move support for Child of Eden. "We can't say anything at this time," said the designer, following earlier reports that Q Entertainment doesn't even have a Move development kit yet.
And what about that other big feature Sony touted at E3? When asked about the potential for 3D in Child of Eden, Mizuguchi replied, "Unfortunately we can't comment on that at the moment, either."
