Shattered Dimensions Draws Voice Talent from Spider-Man's Past Nintendo Wii - Tuesday 27th July 2010
In the midst of the San Diego ComicCon, Activision has announced the voice actors who will give Spider-Man his trademark wit in Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions. Since the the game consists of four Spideys, four voice actors have been chosen to play the roles. Neil Patrick Harris (Dr. Horrible, How I Met Your Mother) will play Spider-Man in the Amazing universe, Josh Keaton in Ultimate, Christopher Daniel Barnes in Noir, and Dan Gilvezan in 2099. Famed comic creator Stan Lee narrates the adventure, and Jim Dooley has composed the score.
Each of the actors involved in the project have put on Spider-Man's tights in other animated series. Harris played him in the short-lived MTV New Animated Series, Keaton was in the more recent Spectacular Spider-Man, Gilvezan starred in the 1980s Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends show, and Barnes played the hero in the 1990s series. Check out our hands-on preview from the show floor to learn about the play styles of the different Spider-Men.
